The Etiquette of Retail are proud to present Zena looking for a position in Portsmouth or within 10 miles radius. A great ambassador for any retail business. Greeting and fond farewell both for UK and international customers. Trained by The Shop Inspector, Zena has a framework to both meet customer needs plus promote products to ensure a great customer experience. Till procedures and security aware  along with First Aid trained with in both adult and baby CPR. Zena has entered into the Academy of retail management by The Shop Inspector. Available for work now.

Hospitality Ambassador - The Etiquette of Retail

Hospitality ambassador Sasha looking to progress into management focussing on customer experience and doubling the business. A great ambassador for any hotel restaurant or high end pub business. Greeting and fond farewell both for UK and international customers. Sasha has a framework to both meet customer needs plus promote products to ensure a great customer experience. Till procedures and security aware  along with First Aid trained  in both adult and baby CPR. Zena has entered into the Academy of retail management by The Shop Inspector. Available for work now.

Currently working as a deputy manager in a well established high end bistro pub.

15.00 - 15.15 Tea Break

15.15 - 16.00 Till Procedures  Etiquette and how to be that great ambassador as the last great memory of their visit. 

16.00 - 16.30 Recap with ongoing support with actions ongoing.

                             Etiquette handouts to practise what's learnt.
